How to prevent engine sludge buildup, simply?
Don’t let your engine become clogged—act to optimize its lifespan. To avoid breakdowns, costly repairs, save money, and protect the environment, Bardahl has developed the 5-in-1 Cleaner (for both Diesel and gasoline engines) to make your life easier.

We often forget, but like us, machinery needs maintenance! Over time, various parts can become clogged (due to fuel combustion deposits), causing:

  • Loss of power
  • Increased fuel consumption and, consequently, higher pollutant emissions
  • Black smoke from the exhaust

All of these issues can even lead to:

  • Car breakdowns
  • A failed technical inspection
  • Up to engine failure!

Fortunately, Bardahl has the solution, the result of its latest research: the 5-in-1 Cleaner! It is available in two versions: one for Diesel engines and another for gasoline engines. If your engine runs on E85 ethanol, Bardahl also offers an injector cleaner for that.

The 5-in-1 Cleaner works by cleaning the most sensitive components to clogging, namely:

  • The turbo
  • The particulate filter
  • The exhaust valves and, more generally, the intake system
  • The catalytic converter
  • The EGR valve

Easy to use

No dismantling of these components is necessary! Bardahl's 5-in-1 Cleaner is poured into the fuel tank when the low fuel warning light comes on (find the complete instructions here). It is recommended to use it twice a year or every 5,000 km for urban driving, and once a year or every 10,000 km for suburban/highway driving.

Every 20,000 km, Bardahl, a specialist in high-performance chemical products for over 80 years, recommends an eco-cleaning at one of its specialized centers (more info here). This process, performed by professionals using a revolutionary machine, also helps reduce combustion deposits in the most sensitive parts of your engine.

Try it yourself!
