What are the differences between Bardahl motorcycle chain greases?
Bardahl has developed 3 different chain greases for motorized two-wheelers. Discover the product that best meets your needs.

At Bardahl you can choose between Chain Grease, Racing Chain Lub and Foamy Chain Lub. Each of these lubricants has its own special features.

Motorcycle chain grease

At the entry level, the Chain Grease (ref.3455) demonstrates great versatility. It can be applied to both a road bike and an off-road bike. Its base, composed of mineral oil, is reinforced by anti-wear and anti-corrosion additives.

  • Ensures optimal lubrication

Racing chain lub

For a more sporty use of your two-wheeler, you will need to turn to Racing chain lub (ref.2810). This chain grease is more adherent and benefits from a more complete additive pack allowing it to withstand more intense pressures, while dispersing deposits. Designed to suit racing motorcycles on circuits, Racing chain lub has a higher viscosity that easily withstands very high operating temperatures.

  • High temperature lubrication resistance
  • Reduces friction and wear
  • Repels water and moisture
  • Protects against rust and corrosion.

Foamy chain lub

Finally, Foamy chain lub (ref.601029) is an ultra-penetrating foaming grease ideal for off-road but also for road motorcycles. It stands out with its C60 Polar Plus technology which further enhances its anti-wear qualities and resistance to extreme pressures.

  • Reduces friction
  • Protects against rust and corrosion
  • Disperses water and moisture

As a reminder, Bardahl is the first lubricant manufacturer to have established a formula using the chemistry of Fullerene C60. The Fullerene molecules contained in Bardahl C60 lubricants behave like micro-ball bearings which, by interposing themselves between the metal surfaces, create a layer of anti-friction protection, allowing you to get the most out of your mechanical parts, protecting them from wear and corrosion. For its part, Polar Plus is based on the principle of polarization of molecules allowing the oil to adhere durably to mechanical parts. In summary, this combination of Fullerene C60 and Polar Plus provides 2 additional protections to the classic lubricating film.
